DC Pasta Duo

This place continues to be perfect. The first picture is the Carbonara, which I’ve posted about on here before. But it’s so good that it deserves a repeat. It’s in a tie (with Scott Conant’s Braised Short Rib Agnolotti) as my all-time favorite pasta dish.

The second picture is a Ditalini pasta dish with Calamari in a Fra Diavolo sauce; which was also very good. I’ve been getting more and more into spicy red sauces lately. Stino da Napoli’s Arrabiata is available at my grocery store; and I’ve used that more than a few times in recent memory.
