I’ve used this cooking method twice now. Great results both times. And just like he says, it really does give you the best steak of your life. Pair that with good friends, beer, kale salad, potato and three-pepper hash, corn, and Mally’s chocolate-covered Oreo’s; and you’ve got one hell of an evening.
